Some people truly enjoy working on cars. So much so, in fact, that having to work on cars in a very big hurry while under a lot of pressure and on television is basically their dream job. If you fit into this category, enjoy NASCAR, and will be tuning into the Daytona 500 on February 14th, here’s what to know about interviewing for a position that will land you a place on a real pit crew for all of the 2021 season. And did we mention the salary for the job is $50,000?

The job is being a member of Kevin Harvick’s real Stewart-Haas Racing Crew—officially, the “Busch Crewmaster.” If selected, it’ll be your job to attend races throughout the 2021 season, train and travel with the SHR team, and being be responsible for various race team tasks. (That could mean a bunch of different things.)

How to apply

This dream job contest is a bit different than the rest. Instead of filling out an online application, people who are at least 21 years of age (the sponsor of the racing team is a beer company, after all) need to follow @buschbeer. That’s it.

Then, the “interview” will take place on Sunday, February 14 during the Daytona 500, starting at 2:30 p.m. “The questions will be asked live via the race broadcast and on Busch’s Twitter page and fans will need to flex their knowledge in order to get through to the next round and possibly get hired for the position,” according to a statement emailed to Lifehacker.

Interviewees will need to tweet their answers to #TheCrew and #BuschContest. Those who meet some sort of criteria will move on to the next round of interviews. Eventually, the successful candidate will be chosen and will work for the remainder of the 2021 season.
