Several aspects of life contribute to the formation of lifestyle. Hence, “LIFESTYLE” is a substantial term and gets even more complicated when defining it from a personal perceptive. However, it isn’t necessary if one possesses an accurate idea of once life. Henceforth it is quite vivid that the desired lifestyle cannot be tamed; instead, it must be maintained through consistent strenuous and dedication. Therefore, moving smoothly with modus vivendi is not an easy task for many of us. Ultimately, it is every individual needs to give extra focus on the way of living. Change in habits doesn’t come at first go but, do come if consistency is there. Therefore on this note, I’m going to share my antidote to make this mess look a bit manageable.

Thus, the great idiom fits here “Health is wealth.” If someone finds yoga difficult, then don’t be too harsh on yourself. Despite, pick only two asanas and practice them regularly. If you will go wisely with the schedule, then definitely results would be in your favor. Yoga improves elasticity and makes the body feel lightweight. For initial stage yoga, one can commence with pranayama as it keeps the respiratory organs clear and healthy. These yoga asanas are conducive to COVID19 spread.
2- HYDRATE
Drinking water is of utmost crucial for all age groups and has its advantages in abundance. Moreover, there is nothing as refreshing as getting hydrated. One may not be entirely familiar with its magical outcomes, but try it once, and you will become an addict. Keeping oneself hydrated for more extended hours could make a virtual distinction in health statics. So keep it locked in mind if you’re willing to achieve standard lifestyle goals. Drinking water is a go-to solution for most of the health-associated issues. This golden habit could detox all skin problems and will delay skin aging. If you take this simple habit seriously, you don’t need to spend large amounts on dermatologists’ appointments. Once you start doing this, there is no coming back because you will suggest others to do the same.
