This substance makes up most of your body weight and is involved in many vital functions, including: 

Flushing out waste from your body.

Regulating body temperature.

Helping your brain function.

Once, an old Japanese man enjoyed perfect health. A curious professor once met him. When asked about the secret of his robust condition, the older man explained that it was due to water. He went on to tell in detail about his sickly youth, when he was bed-ridden, with impaired intestines, for almost ten years. When all the modes of treatment failed to bring even partial relief from his sickness, he was told it was impossible to get a cure. However, one of the physicians who treated him suggested a specific type of water treatment as a last resort. The treatment’s effect was felt on the very first day, and his appetite was restored, his digestion improved, and within a few days, he was cured of his chronic disease. It might have been a coincidence that the treatment he underwent all those years showed only after this simple water treatment. So, impressed with this treatment, he tried it on a member of his family who was suffering from various illnesses ranging from brain fever to obesity and achieved positive results. 

Process 

The process is as follows Go to sleep three hours after a relatively early dinner around 7.00 p.m. strictly do not eat or drink anything after that. Rise early from bed the next morning, do not wash your face and mouth as you usually do. Sit comfortably and drink six glasses of pure water at a stretch. If you find difficulty in doing so, pause a while after two or three lenses and continue. For the next 20 minutes, walk briskly or do some exercise. Within twenty minutes to half an hour, the urge to pass urine will be tremendous, and you will pass urine in large quantities quite frequently. Some may bring out the morbid waste through vomiting. The passing of the stool will be easy and complete. You get most of your water from drinking beverages, but food also contributes a small amount to your daily water intake. 

Your body generally produces enough saliva with regular fluid intake. However, your saliva production may decrease as a result of age or certain medications or therapies. 

Your sweat keeps your body fresh, but your body temperature will rise if you do not replenish the water you lose. Thats because your body losses electrolytes and plasma when it is dehydrated.

Sweat regulates body temperature when you are exercising or in warm temperatures. You need water to replenish the lost fluid from sweat. 

You also need enough water in your system to have a healthy stool and avoid constipation.
