Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Instagram account is one place we always find hilarious yet true reviews of recipes on the internet. The chef is known for his no-holds-barred reactions to multiple dishes. Gordon Ramsay’s latest reaction was to a recipe for shepherd’s pie. Take a look at the video here:The reaction video was shared by Gordon Ramsay on his official Instagram handle @gordongram. Since the time it was posted, it has already received over 6.3 million views and 465k likes. “Cook up something good Sunday night! Just make sure you use my recipe,” wrote Ramsay in the caption.In the clip, we could see the making of Shepherd’s pie by popular blogger @notoriousfoodie. He first added ground meat to the pan with some olive oil, salt and pepper and mashed it up nicely. Then, he cut up some vegetables including onion, carrot and leeks and added them to the pan of ground meat. “Beautiful knife skills,” reacted Gordon Ramsay. Then, he added some more sauces, condiments and wine to the meat and finished it off with some peas. Next was a layer of mashed potatoes with egg yolks to make it even smoother. Interestingly, Gordon Ramsay approved of the whole Shepherd’s pie recipe and actually praised the blogger for following the recipe to the very last instruction. “This kid is good,” and “That looks ‘forking’ gorgeous. Sumptuous,” he exclaimed during the video. The only negative comment he had was about using an expensive quality wine for the making of the humble pie. “My mom would kill me,” he laughed.Instagram users too shared their comments on the video of Gordon Ramsay reacting to Shepherd’s pie.
