A man delivers blows from a whip to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s arm in Durg district.Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel got whipped on the wrist as part of a folk tradition at two villages, Jajangiri and Kumhari, in Durg district.
