Here is the list of ingredients you’ll need to make masala peanuts:250g peanuts60g cornflour30g refined flour30g besan or chickpea flour30g Kashmiri chilli powder15g coriander powder2.5g turmeric powder5g garam masala5g ajwain or carom seeds5g amchur powder5g black salt25g green chilli ginger garlic pasteSalt to tasteCrushed black pepper to tasteWaterHow To Make Masala Peanuts | Masala Peanuts Recipe:Take a large mixing bowl and add all three kinds of flour to itAdd Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ajwain, amchur powder and black salt to the mixing bowlMix these dry ingredientsPrepare a ginger garlic paste with green chillies. Add this to the mixing bowlAdd half a cup of water to make a thick batter.
