The usage of oat flour and pureed dates instead of refined flour and sugar is what makes this cake extremely healthy. “Anyone fancy a healthy yummy tea cake? Let’s do this! Sooo good!” she wrote in the caption of the post. So, without much ado, let’s take a look at the recipe: Walnut Cake Recipe: How To Make Walnut Cake To begin with the recipe, first, add rolled oats, oat flour, pureed dates, chia seeds, vanilla essence, baking powder, salt and chopped walnuts in a baking tin. Combine well and spread out the mixture evenly. Now, in a pan, add coconut oil, pureed dates, walnuts and a dash of honey to caramelise the walnuts.
