Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has now shared a recipe of a healthy dessert made up of the king of fruits – the Mango Parfait.In a new video on Instagram, Yasmin explained how to prepare the dessert.“Here’s a quick, healthy and easy recipe, THE MANGO PARFAIT!” she wrote in the caption.The video showed some granola put in a glass, then diced mango was added, then some coconut yogurt and some soaked chia seeds.
