Using leftover sabzis to make parathas and sandwiches is something we all do. Aloo gobhi is one of those dishes that make for the best stuffing for sandwiches. Our mothers make it, we make it, and celebrity Mini Mathur also makes it. And wait, she made the sandwich in the most classic manner – on gas. Sounds familiar?
