Stress is one of the significant problems which causes wrinkles, acne, pimples, etc. it clearly shows up on the skin and makes it look not very interesting. Avoid taking too much stress. Take necessary steps to ensure that one maintains their peace of mind and anxiety at bay, thus, keeping skin happy and healthy.

9. Healthy diet-

10. Beauty sleep-

Lastly, proper, timely, and regular sleep is a must. In the absence of which the skin would look dull and pale. It can also cause wrinkles, dark circles, and early aging of the skin. Thus, proper and sound sleep is a must.
