What fascinates us the most is the fact that momo finds variety in its recipe as well. From the name itself, we can well understand that this dish is fried, crunchy and yummy to the core. Much like fried chicken, you need to prepare the right kind of coating to coat the momo and fry it to perfection. Prepare the filling (here: veg filling) with finely chopped vegetables, salt, black pepper, paneer, mayonnaise and schezwan sauce.Step 3. Prepare the momo by stuffing the veg filling inside the rolled-out portions of the dough. Keep aside.Step 4. In a bowl, take maida, cornflour, water, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and vinegar and prepare a slurry.Step 5. In another bowl, add maida, corn flakes, poha powder, red chilli powder and salt and dry mix.Step 6. Now dip the momo in the slurry, then coat in crushed cornflakes and poha mix and let it rest for some time.Step 7.
