Free coffee alert! Dunkin’ is offering a medium hot coffee with any purchase, every Monday in February—the only catch is that you have to be signed up for their DD Perks loyalty program. And that’s not your only opportunity to score free java this month.

The Dunkin’ offer applies to non-fancy brews, like Original Blend, Dunkin’ Decaf, their medium roast Explorer Batch and their dark roast, Dunkin’ Midnight. You can enroll in the Dunkin’ app or at DD Perks.com, which will ask for your name, a phone number and birthday (which will net you a free coffee on that day as well). Once you’ve signed up, you can order free coffee ahead of time via the Dunkin’ app or can show a QR code before you pay at the register.

DD Perks gives you 5 points for every dollar spent year-round—at 200 points (or after spending $40, unless you take advantage of other point-multiplying offers), you’ll earn a free beverage of any size, redeemable at participating Dunkin’ locations.

Dunkin’ isn’t the only fast food chain with coffee deals this month. Other brands are also offering free coffee perks as part of their loyalty programs. Most notably:

  • Panera Bread offers the best value for bulk coffee drinkers, as it includes unlimited coffee as part of their coffee-specific MyPanera+ subscription program. It costs $8.99 per month, and currently the first three months are free—a tremendous deal. The subscription allows users to get one coffee of any size and any flavor as often as every 2 hours, with unlimited refills while you are in the cafe (admittedly a less attractive part of the promotion during a pandemic). To sign up, you’ll have to share your name, email, a credit card, and birthday.
  • Starbucks’ rewards program earns you points—or stars—for each dollar you spend using their app, either one star for pay-as-you-go or two stars when using preloaded funds. You need to earn 50 stars to get a free Starbucks drip coffee, and 150 stars for their more elaborate hand-crafted drinks. You also get a free coffee for signing up. To sign up, you’ll have to share your name, and email.
  • McDonald’s keeps it simple—they have a virtual McCafé card on their app, and it gives you every sixth McCafé drink for free. To sign up, you’ll have to share your name, email, and ZIP code.
