Aloo Methi Paratha Recipe I How To Make Aloo Methi Paratha: Mix besan and atta. Add some methi leaves and grated boiled potatoes. Season with salt, green chillies. Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed ajwain and hing. Also add 1 tsp of ghee. You can add curd or malai in place of ghee. Knead the dough and make parathas with it.
