Recently the actress shared a joyous video where she can be seen on the terrace with a batch of ajwain on a newspaper. Looking excited in the video, Neena Gupta said, “Okay, I am very excited that it is sunny today because I had to dry ajwain. I made this at home.”
How to make Ajwain mix?
According to Neena Gupta, to make this, first of all you need to wash a handful of ajwain seeds, strain and set aside. Now, add fresh aloe vera gel to wet ajwain along with black salt and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well. Spread the seeds on a flat and clean surface and let it dry under the sun. Once it is dry, store it in an airtight container. You can eat a few seeds if you are suffering from indigestion or acidity.
Neena mentioned in the video that you just need to chew the seeds and drink water. “It really helps and is much better than antacid tablets and syrups,” Neena affirmed.

So, consuming them together in a calculated format can surely help boost the digestion and control the agents causing acidity.
