The iPad is a great device for watching movies, gaming, and working on the go. If you want to buy an iPad, there are some significant discounts going on adjacent to Amazon’s October Prime Day event, with up to $300 off on select models.
To kick things off, the 8.3-inch iPad mini (64GB) is down to $399.99 (list price $499), while its 256GB variant is available at $539.99, down from the list price of $649. It has the A15 Bionic chip, which still runs iPadOS well, and the device is pretty light at 0.65 pounds.
The most affordable iPad—10.2-inch iPad (64GB)—is available at $249, down from the usual $329. If you want more storage, the 256GB model is available at $389, discounted from $479. These are the ninth-generation models, which are still available via Apple’s own site as well.
If you want a more recent model, the 10.9-inch Apple iPad (64GB) is going for $399 (list price $449), and its 256GB variant is available for $549 (list price $599). There’s also the previous generation iPad Air, the 10.9-inch M1 iPad Air (64GB) is available at $499.99 (list price $599).
