Any changes in fuel prices are implemented with effect from 6 am every day.India is 85 per cent dependent on imports to meet its oil needs and, the domestic petrol and diesel prices are linked to international rates.Globally, oil prices rose today, boosted by concerns over tight global supply amid the Ukraine crisis. U.S. crude moved 0.44 per cent higher to $108.69 a barrel. Brent crude jumped 0.61 per cent to $113.85 per barrel.
