June is celebrated as the Pride month across the world. From Pride-themed carnivals to Pride-themed food, it’s raining rainbows everywhere and we are loving it. To add to the list of yummy dishes to mark this rainbow coloured month, nutritionist Nmami Agarwal has shared a mocktail recipe on Instagram. The refreshing drink, infused with the goodness and nutrition of fruits and vegetables, looks too good to not try. And the best part? Add lemon, water and enjoy this refreshing summery mocktail,” she wrote in the caption. For background music, the nutritionist picked the song  Can’t Take My Eyes Off You by Joseph Vincent. Beetroot is a rich source of iron and potassium. It helps reduce blood pressure. Watermelon is high in antioxidants and is good for your skin and hair.
