There are instances when people turn to leftover roti upma, roti ka chura or sometimes, even cutlets among other delicacies. But how about giving your regular chapatis, a Chinese twist? Yes, we are talking about roti noodles. It tastes good and is packed with fiery Chinese flavours. If you are someone who likes fusion dishes, this one is a must-try. Take a look at chef Pankaj Bhadouria’s recipe video for roti noodles on Instagram. In the caption, she stated, “Roti Noodles: Got leftover rotis? Make some roti noodles.”You don’t have to do a lot of work to prepare roti noodles. Just fold your leftover chapatis and chop them into strips. Now, in a separate pan, add oil, chopped ginger, and garlic along with vegetables. How to introduce Chinese taste now? Put sauces like soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar. Put salt and pepper and mix everything perfectly. Add rotis and you are good to go! Trust us when we say this, it tastes yummi-licious. This is an easy-to-cook recipe that will also make for a good comfort food especially, in this season. Do you have some leftover rice from the previous meal?Heat some oil in a pan, and put mustard seeds, chana and urad dal. Now, throw in red chillies and curry leaves. Just mix the quintessential turmeric and rice into the pan. Don’t forget to add peanuts after that.
