Each of these three keywords is dependent on each other, and this dependence can lead us to a healthy and wealthy life. And for this, we have to follow some rules or have to protect some of our commitment to achieve this goal.

When it comes to rules, we have to bring up the topic- body fitness first, which can be adequately maintained by proper eating diets, daily exercise, sound sleep, sports, etc. To further improve body fitness, we need to stop drug abuse completely, and we can also follow a metabolic diet. Consequently, while developing a standard diet chart, it may take a bit longer to get a fit body, but the metabolic diet can solve this problem a bit easier and faster.

The most exciting thing is the more we help our bodies, the more we help our minds. Medical science has shown that physical activity increases the flow of oxygen to our brain. It also increases the number of endorphins, “the feel-good ” chemicals, in our mind. For this reason, it’s surprising that people who are in good physical shape tend to enjoy a higher level of mental agility.

Engaging in a vigorous physical workout such as jogging or running, racewalking, hiking uphill, cycling, swimming, strength training, etc. can help you battle depression and gain a way to beat stress, which can help us being harmed mentally and physically. 

So undoubtedly, one of the influences of mental fitness is body fitness.

The greatest Bruce Lee said that ” If you always put a limit on everything you do, it will spread into your work and life. There are no limits. There only plateaus, and you must not stay here, you must go beyond them.” Hence, this statement means that if mind fitness isn’t right, our Spirit won’t help us out with any step, work, or thoughts for our better life.

Another critical issue is a commitment which indicates the essential activities of each of their respective religions because this kind of business boosts our self-confidence and makes us responsible for our family, society, country and as a whole to our beloved mother earth. So mental fitness can find the fulfillment of our Spirit and move our life forward in the right way and happily ever after.
