Bad habits are habits that can cause health problems without your knowledge. Bad habits are like a slow poison, which can even kill you sometimes. So it would help if you got rid of these habits before you face some problems.

1) Drinking too much alcohol

Well, e know that alcoholic beverage contains ethanol, a type of alcohol produced by fermentation of grapes, fruits, and other forms of sugar. We know 50% of us drink daily. A drunk person cannot control action where he overcomes his emotions. But drinking alcohol can cause cancer and liver damage, which is fatal in some cases. Even it caused some heart diseases. So avoid drinking or drink occasionally.

2) Smoking cigarettes

I don’t want to explain this deadly thing because this is taking millions of lives every year. Smoking causes cancer, high blood pressure, and heart disease. There are over a billion smokers on this earth, and half of them are chain-smokers. Smoking damages your lungs, and it may lead to death.

3) Eating fast food.

We all eat fast food. When we see some hamburger and hot French fries, we can’t control ourselves, but we should avoid eating fast food. Many of them eat once in a week and twice in a week and some of you daily, but you should know one thing if you eat once in a week causes a higher risk of obesity, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes and lead to death from coronary heart disease. From this, the cholesterol content increases in your body.

4) Drinking too much coffee.

Many South Americans and Indians are coffee lovers without coffee day can’t start there day. Many of them drink 2 to 3 cups of dairy per day. This is dangerous because caffeine can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, and dizziness. It can also bring an abnormal heartbeat.

5) Watching TV

We all watch TV. But 20 % of viewers watch 10 -12 hours per day. This is a severe issue because viewers who consistently spend more than than 4 hours per day cause overweight. It’s no secret that the whole world loves to watch TV, but there should be limits. Many of us suffering from eye disease; this may be due to watching television.

6) Mobile addiction.

There is nothing to tell about this because this generation got addicted to mobile phones where many youths are ruining there lives and many parents complaint about there children’s phone addiction. 80% of phone users use their phones during sleeping. So don’t get addicted and don’t ruin your career.

7) Bad sleeping habits.

I have seen many people sleeping at midnight and sleep for just 5 to 6 hours. This is bad because if you don’t get proper sleep now, you will suffer later. If you don’t sleep properly, then you may suffer from depression.

8) Biting nails

Almost 20 to 30 % of the world population bite their nails, but to be frank, everyone bites our nails. Still, from today you should avoid it because your nails contain Klebsiella bacteria, which causes pneumonia, and it contains Salmonella Typhi, which causes typhoid.

9) Staying without a shower.

In many countries, some people take a bath twice a day, but in many countries, their people bathe once a week. This is not the major lousy habit, but everyday trillions of bacteria grow on your body. It smells like shit, so you have to take a bath daily to be healthy and clean.

10) Self Medication.

Self-medication is something taking medicine without a doctor’s prescription. If you have enough knowledge about drugs, it is OK. Still, if you adopt suggestions from Google or someone, then it is dangerous because if the dosage of combination varies, you may fall in trouble, so always don’t make your own decisions and consult a doctor.
