Roasted Halim Seeds
Dry roast the garden cress seeds in a pan and let them cool. Then store them in an airtight container. You can sprinkle these seeds in your soups, salads and stews. Always remember to stay within the recommended limit.
Take 1 glass of water and soak 1 tablespoon of haleem seeds in it overnight. The next morning, add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to the water and drink. This will keep you energised, satiated and healthy!
